A Confidence Boost for Women
I am not a woman, but I sought to help a friend, a new entrepreneur. This audiobook gave me the right tool to give my friend the much-needed but gentle push to step up and make decisions confidently. The advice is straightforward and practical, focusing on overcoming self-doubt and taking charge in business. I liked how it addressed real challenges women face without sugarcoating things. The tone is encouraging but not over-the-top, making it easy to stay engaged. I think it will help her shift her mindset and approach challenges with more self-assurance and hopefully reduce her need to rely on me as a mentor. This has some solid insights if you're looking for a way to build confidence in your career or business.

Bounce back from setbacks
Molly Stewart has equip budding businesswomen with an arsenal of powerful motivation and paradigm-enhancing tactics to take control not only of their lives, but of their business goals and standards.
“This passion is more than just a hobby, this passion is an internal motivator that stays outside of external pulls and pushes” I’m paraphrasing here, but within chapter 2, Stewart discusses how your passion can root you in solidarity and make sure that you are not pulled around by external circumstances and happenstance, but remain steadfast in your mission–this is one of my favorite takeaways from this tile.
The ability to bounce back from setbacks is another huge takeaway. The author offers a perspective of setbacks that helps listeners realize that the path to success is rarely a straight line, and is more of a rollercoaster. But when you’re in it for the long run and simply just do not quit, success is quite likely to be yours.
This is a powerful paradigm-enhancing business primer recommended for both newbie and veteran businesswomen alike.
