Insightful, Inspiring, Engaging! Great stories
Unlike many business books that stretch one simple idea into an entire book, this one covers a lot of ground, with a great variety of essential insights and interesting stories.
The style is engaging, and the short chapters that include Sergey's personal real life lessons from both successes and failures make this an easy listen.
My favorite parts are some of the crazy dialogues and he gets into and the fires he has to put out! His resilience and passion for business is inspiring!

The real deal
Sergey has shared points of few that I haven't seen in any other business or leadership book before. I love his commitment to helping small business and entrepreneur leaders, bonus for making this book not for profit. Very easy to digest, love personal stories, especially the one about hijacking.

Six hours well spent.
It tells the ups and downs, laughter and tears of an 18-year entrepreneurial journey as a first-generation immigrant starting from scratch. There are countless people who dream of starting a business, but very few who make it through a decade of ups and downs and come out stronger. That alone deserves deep respect and reflection.
As someone who hasn’t started a business yet, I found many insightful ideas and lessons in this book. It’s easy and fun to listen, and covers everything from communication, leadership, talent development, customer service, to deeper reflections on human nature, and more.
Highly recommend it to anyone interested in entrepreneurship, or anyone looking for a real, down-to-earth story of resilience.

A Really Great Read-- for Anybody!
I'm not in business, don't own a company (or plan to start one), and I am not an employer. However, what I really appreciate is the little life lessons and tips for leadership and other important values of living one's life that the author writes about in this book. For example the idea of competing against yourself. I find this book really interesting, and love listening to his voice!! Like, his accent kind of makes it more fun to listen to and I like how it sounds haha :)
