It is unbelievable how fast it works!!
If you suffer form insomnia I cannot recommend your trying this enough. I did just thinking it was not going to help me but it makes me fall asleep with my headphones on every single night! I am so grateful and happy I found this!!

Really puts me to sleep...in a good way:)
I bought a few titles to help me get to sleep and this one ended up being my go to choice. It sounds a bit hokey if you were just listening to what he’s saying (GO TO SLEEP!) but the more I use it, the more it works. I don’t know if it is really because of hypnosis, binaural sounds, or I’m just a Pavlovian Dog but for whatever reason it does the trick. My other favorite is the one that Tony Shaloub reads.
