About this listen

When Kirby Calloway, a software salesman and former Navy Intelligence Officer, wins a big security software deal in Nigeria, he uncovers a Nigerian human trafficking cartel sponsored by a fabulously rich Swiss financier, Sorobet, and run by a rogue CIA unit and covered up by a corrupt US Congressman. He is joined in Abuja by his French-American lover, Claire. This discovery triggers attacks by Nigerian rebels on him and Claire in Abuja, Nigeria and attacks on his two boys in their home in Pocasset, MA. Their training in firearms in Texas allows them to kill the attackers. In Abuja, Kirby Calloway, with the help of the FBI and his good friend Katanga in the CIA, they defeat the attacks but must escape the civil war in Nigeria by stowing away on a cruise ship in Rotterdam headed for New York. But the cartel is not through trying to kill them, and they are attacked on the ship. They fear being killed upon arrival in New York, so they stop the ship south of Nantucket, launch a RIB and and are then rescued by the US Coast Guard and brought home. Sorobet remains untouchable, but the Congressman’s wife and daughter are killed by the leader of the traffickers.
