We are kicking this season off with Olivia Taylor who is a 30-year-old mother, recovered addict, and certified coach specialising in addiction recovery and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). After spending years trapped in cycles of trauma, mental illness, and alcohol dependency, Olivia knows firsthand the pain, chaos, and isolation that come with addiction and the strength it takes to heal.

Following countless failed attempts at sobriety, she reached a turning point that led her to true recovery not just from substances, but from the patterns and beliefs that kept her stuck. Through radical honesty, emotional work, and a complete mindset shift, Olivia learned how to live in the present, embrace discomfort, and build a life grounded in purpose and connection. Today, she uses her lived experience and professional training to guide others on their path to healing.
