THE SECRET ELIXIR!
I knew vaguely about people drinking apple cider vinegar for health benefits, However, it wasn't until I picked up Kathryn Young's book that I received in-depth knowledge on this miracle liquid. I mix some apple cider vinegar with water every night, I didn't think much of it until my fiancé has noticed the improvement in my skin! What a compliment! Simply put, if you are looking for something that "does it all" in terms of clearer skin, losing weight and optimizing your immune system then look no further, Kathryn has you covered.
