    Editorial reviews

Dr. Mache Seibel, or "DocRock", manages to avoid the pitfalls of most self-help audiobooks - namely their dryness - by setting his advice amongst rollicking, joyful musical accompaniment. The chipper presentation, however, does not mean that Dr. Seibel is to be taken lightly; within the catchy tunes and funny lyrics exists important advice to get active and be healthy. Whether it be a bluesy ditty regarding mammograms or a countrified warning about colon cancer, Amp Up Your Health is rife with valuable tips on being well and staying well. And you can hum to it, too.

I really enjoyed the song in the beginning and expected something helpful afterwards. Instead I got misrepresented statistics and got disappointed. Luckily for me, I read about the subject and work with breast cancer patients and doctors. Unfortunately, this misleading message can convince less informed scared women. Sad

Prostate cancer was not any better. PSA test creator admitted its inadequate results.

So many men and women get hurt by the false results of both tests as well as many other negative consequences of them.

    Sad mammogram disinformation
