Extraordinary, EASY, erotic, and full of suspense!

The old saying: ‘The last___ (one of whatever is being compared) is always the BEST!’ has proven true with EVERY book I've read in these Rose/Savino Alpha Shifter series. “ALPHA’S BANE,” the latest novel offered in the series, is no exception to that rule as it is sincerely the BEST, IMHO, of course. Concurrently, the audio of the book, narrated by Benjamin Sands, is outright phenomenal. Sand’s ability to portray the dual narration, character angst, dialogue, and action enable listeners to get to know the characters, both main and secondary, and charmed this reader, rendering her totally in love with Sheridan and Trey. Speaking of characters, let it be known that while writing individually Savino and Rose both create the most realistic characters having to deal with the most unusual and most of the time life-threatening dangers imaginable. What these writers do individually is then magnified and refined into sheer greatness when they write as a team. Then narrator Benjamin Sands illustrates this greatness with a voice that captures all of the emotion, sensuousness, and action within “ALPHA’S BANE!” So, if you like some suspense added to steamy delight, then “ALPHA’S BANE” is the audiobook romance to buy! I loved the book “ALPHA’S BANE” and this audiobook captures all of its elements! I STRONGLY recommend to those 18 years-of-age or older, purchase your audiobook of "ALPHA'S BANE today!!

Awesome shifter romance

Renee Rose and Lee Savino have another winner! The Bad Boy Alpha bevels keep getting better and better! Benjamin Sands sis an amazing job narrating the book. I’m usually not a fan of male narrators doing female voices, but he does an amazing job. I can’t wait for the next in the series to come out on Audible!

I’ve listened to a few of the other books in this series and I have to say that even though I’m not a big BDSM fan they’re quite good. This one was no exception. It’s a second chance romance with a smidge of enemies to lovers thrown in.

When they were teens Sheridan damned Trey to an uncertain future after he broke her ❤️. When she was sent to check out a fight club by her pack, running into Trey again wasn’t on the agenda. Once lovers they were now enemies although their feelings for each other were extremely conflicted. One never forgets their first love...

I found both Trey and Sheridan likable. Their characters were well developed and their connection was evident. The story was well paced and didn’t lag. I knew who the antagonist was from the start but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the book. Especially since there was a betrayal that totally took me by surprise. The addition of vampires to the Bad Boy Alphas' world was one that I didn’t see coming. The BDSM factor was a little bit more intense in this one compared with the others that I’ve listened to in the series but was still rather mild in the whole scheme of things. This was a good, solid read.

As usual Sands did wonderfully with the narration. I’m not a fan of one narrator performing both the male and female POVs but he always manages to pull it off. He uses voices to differentiate the characters and does a fantastic job of it. Plus he acts and his speech patterns are always on point.

Another great book in the series!

I liked Trey and Sheridan's story. The two had a complicated past they had to overcome in order to find their HEA. We learn alot about how the Tucson pack came to be. Fight club is an important part of the story and vampires play a key role also.

Really good shifter romance

The narrator didn’t do a female voice very well or at all. The story was a great one with hot sex, wish there had been more erotic sex throughout. I was dizzy with the past to present and back to past on every other chapter, but still I’d recommend it. Can’t wait to hear the next one.

Fantastic series

This is a fantastic story, it is well written and well told. I enjoyed her writing style. Benjamin Sands is awesome narrator. Highly recommend listening to this audiobook.

Good story, hot and steamy!

I liked this book. A little less action than the others and I’d hoped for more but that’s ok. I was a little confused about Trey. I thought he was more thoughtful in the other book but I wasn’t disappointed. Good book, good story, worth the credit. Sex “scenes” were really steamy, I mean STEAMY! Brace yourself. Enjoy!

Alpha’s Bane - 5 Stars!!

I absolutely adored Trey and Sheridan. I’m usually not big on any second chance Romance but this one hooked me from page one, I didn’t want to put it down. The… stuff with Griz threw me for a loop but I hope we get a story for him too!!!

Sheridan finally grows up

It took Sheridan forever to stand up for herself to her dad. She was immature and followed daddy's orders most of the story. I loved the male lead,because he had heart and was soft when needed . Griz was a bit of a disappointment. I look forward to more. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life

Can These Two Overcome Their Past MIstakes

I enjoyed this very good read. This shifter romance offers readers plenty of angst and emotion as Trey and Sheridan are reunited and have to try to deal with the baggage of their past romance when they were teenagers. I liked both these characters and I loved the chemistry and connection they had. I felt that they had both made mistakes and although Sheridan's mistake was much bigger and caused life altering damage, I still felt bad for her. I mean honestly, take teenage girl heartbreak, overbearing Dad and her place as pack princess and it's not really to shocking that she did something so short sighted. Trey though was not faultless. Even though what he did came from wanting what he thought was best for her and his own insecurities and low self esteem. Again, somewhat typical of teenagers. I liked that good did come out of what happened. Both these characters really grew and learned more about themselves. This second chance romance offers lots of drama, emotion and steam. This book only offers single narration but I thought that Mr. Sands did a wonderful job bringing the story to life and creating a very pleasing listening experience.
