Relatable throughout
What a treat to be read to by Miranda herself. A brilliant story and performance, captivating right till the end. Relating to so much of it, I gobbled it up and am referring it to all my friends!

Excellent
Loved it. Content warming - explicit sexuality and sexual acts. Really enjoyed it. Not listened to anything quite like it before. Heard about it after listening to the author on Esther Perel’s podcast and became intrigued. The book did not disappoint. Have recommended to other women in their 40s!

Loved all of it. It’s the type of book you will want to re-listen.

Utterly sublime from start to finish. The book is read by the author Miranda July and this is everything, nothing else would fit. I highly recommend for all.

Breathtaking again and again
This book made me weep, gasp and love myself. Healing and expanding the soul on repeat until the end. I will listen to this again and again. July’s voice is a soothing balm.

Just not for me!
I honestly cannot understand all the hype for this book. I should have stopped listening early on, but because it got such high reviews, I kept up until the end. There was nothing that I found interesting. Too much sex, too many foul words, narration was boring, didn't understand what the story was trying to say. Maybe it's because I'm older, but I just did not get all the hype for it.
