Common Sense and Practical
A practical and common sense guide to succeeding professionally, personally, and financially in the adult world.
The author, Maya Shine, provides what experienced adults would call common sense life skills for work, home finances, and conflicts. Shine is clear in her words and has an intuitive sense of communicating with someone at this newbie level. Being more experienced, I found the advice to be too easy and basic. However, I came to realize over the next couple of days just how valuable her insight and guidance are to a newbie after I realized my grandson was in dire need of direction for items that Shine covered effortlessly. Items that I found myself struggling to explain.
The narrator, Brenna Colleen Castor, spoke clearly and concisely. Her level of engagement was excellent, keeping the listener absorbed and for me, reflecting. She spoke with a steady voice, deliberate pauses, and demonstrated solid enthusiasm.
This is an insightful and informative book that should be distributed at high school graduation if not before.

Wonderful Performance
As the audiobook's publisher, I love this audio because the narrator's performance was so remarkable that she could be mistaken for a software, but Brenna's intonations made all the difference in delivering exceptional quality.
