Gravity and electromagnetism did not exist when the universe began. Without these two essential constants, precisely balanced in the correct ratio with each other, the universe could not begin its expansion and continue. Without knowing that gravity and electromagnetism must begin at the precise moment it is required, we would not have a universe.

How did a natural process that begins and proceeds by random and accidental events obtain foreknowledge that it must also produce gravity and electromagnetism at a precise moment, in an exact balance with each other?
