Love and what it can do for you!
This audiobook helps me realize that I needed to have a relationship with myself and love myself before I could love someone else. In this audiobook you will learn, how to connect with yourself, emotional love, loving relationships and what they are, positive affirmations, quality time and quality activities that you can do together, taking a break and time for yourself, supporting your partner, communication, comprising, and sexual relationship with your partner. My favourite section of this audiobook is quality time spent together and the wonderful things you can do together to appreciate one another.

Very enriching
I really enjoyed listening to this book. I was hooked from the first chapter. It reminds me of the passage in the Bible that says "Love your neighbour as you love yourself"

The Premise of Mindful Relationship Habits
I highly recommend this book for every couple in a relationship but finding it difficult to make time for each other because of their busy lifestyle. In a mindful relationship, you are intentional about all your choices and interactions with your partner. You become more proactive in responding to each other's needs and less reactive to the challenges that often arise. You evolve to a higher level of interaction with one another. A Must for couples!
This book should be required listening for any married couple or partners in a long-term relationship. The tips on effective and positive communication and using your partner's love language to show them, love, in a way that they understand are priceless. I was also impressed by the section that talked about loving yourself and letting your partner continue to develop in their own way as well. A helpful guide for increasing intimacy and communication.
