東京電力・福島第一原子力発電所の事故発生から２年半ちかくが経過した。同原発近くの港では、海水の放射性物質の汚染濃度が原因不明のまま上昇し、事故収束のメドは一向に立たないなか、全国の原発が再稼働に向けて動き出した。
　安倍政権が成長戦略の柱の１つとして推進する原発輸出政策も問題含みだ。年内をメドにエネルギー基本計画を策定するとしているが、安倍政権が原発を将来的にどう位置づけるのか、方向はまだ見えない。中小企業は電気代値上げに苦しみ、事故収束に当たる労働者の不足も懸念される。３・１１後、原発に起因する問題は何一つ解決したとはいえないだろう。
