 40年前の若くして亡くなった川村さんの霊の仕業だとばかり思っていた、この大学内の怪奇現象は実は現在もあちこちで不可解な事象を引き起こし続けていた。
Mさんは一つのきっかけが次々と新たなエピソードに伝播していくことを興味深く思い、山田先生から教えてもらった金本先生のもとを訪ねてみることにした。金本先生は山田先生の同期のベテランの女性の先生で、オカルトにより詳しいとの前情報だったからだ。
