「引きづる足音」(22分)
吉本さんは田舎に引っ越して間もなく奇妙な洗礼を受けた。
田舎暮らしというと自然豊かで、時の流れは緩やか、近年失われつつある人間らしいコミュニケーションがあるところだと思っていた。実際自然は豊かだったが人も少なく、よそ者に対して閉鎖的な感じだったそうだ。
それでも、いつも自宅らしい古屋の前で日向ぼっこをしているお隣のおじいさんには毎日のように挨拶をしていた。このお年寄りは足が悪いらしいのだが、あるときから吉本さんの家の周りをズル...ズル...と足を引きずりながら歩き回るようになった。
