I needed this book
This is the most incredible book. As a perimenopausal woman, I felt so seen while reading it and learned so much, without feeling shame about myself. Everyone should read this book. Its life-changing and will provide wisdom for people of every gender. I am going to buy a copy for every one of my friends and hand it out like Halloween candy!

So informative and empowering!!
I learned so much about my body listening to this book! I grew up with an OBGYN nurse/sex educator as a mom and really thought I knew a lot about my body, hormones and sexuality as it was freely discussed in our household, much to my embarrassment at times. But I learned so much more in this book! I think it is a must read for anyone with a vagina and even for those that love someone with a vagina. I’ve purchased the kindle version as well so that I can go back and highlight some things that were definitely more relevant to me as a woman who is post menopause. Excellent book. 10/10

Read This Book!
Sex is not something that I was supposed talk about. It often comes with misunderstanding, shame, guilt, confusion, or just plain ignorance. Kelly Casperson opens to gate and explores this sensitive topic with facts, evidence, and humor.
This book really dug in and explored various aspects of relationships inside and outside of the bedroom. I occasionally caught myself blushing but it left me determined to break the stigma of "suffering in silence" to a fresh mindset of "let's talk". I feel empowered to talk with my friends about sexual disfunction because all women at some point have felt like something is off. Kelly normalizes this. She makes you feel like, well, you are not broken.
I recommend this book, even if you are not feel broken right now, it has great life and relationship advice. It is written with women in mind but is really for everyone who has a partner.

Life changing
