About this listen
Now, three women of later centuries begin their own sensual journeys, awakened by the ancient power of the priestess's words: "Burn bright of winter's desire."
Sabeline experiences surprisingly unbridled nights with her betrothed's best friend in a lusty medieval tale....
Sinead...her body yearns for her husband, killed in the Crimean War - and for the officer who broke the tragic news....
Aisling writes risqué stories under a secret pen name, but her real-life love life is a bore...until she makes a wish for her winter's desire that works only too well.

Cloudy with a chance of average
This was OK. Definite heroes and villains. Definite story lines. Definite mildly interesting characters. But still just OK. If you're looking for erotic - you'll get some bang for your buck. If you're looking for a deeply entrenched storyline with multilayered characters and dramatic intrigue you might wanna pass. Didn't suck and didn't rock. Just average.

Very predictable stories but so so
I listened to these three stories rather quickly - they are uncomplicated - set up the characters without much depth and then have several scenes of erotica and then a happy little ending. I didn't think they were very good - mostly because they were so predictable - the characters, the phrases, the stories - just heard it a million times in historical romance. Racy though if you like that.

First story is ok.........
But, I couldn't stand to listen to the next two. Maybe it was the narrator, or, maybe it was the authors of the 2nd two stories. I had seen a previous review of this book, maybe it was on Amazon, where a couple of folks like the 2nd two stories, but, not the first...........so, I guess, it just goes to show you, it's all personal taste.
I'm just warning in advance, you might want to save your money or credits for something less annoying.
