According to Tarah's mysterious rideshare driver, when it comes to Thibodaux Estate, no one was meant to live there, and he refuses to even leave his vehicle after dropping her off—not even to open the car door. Indeed, he will not even speak the name of the estate, claiming that "when you call something by its name, either on this side of reality or another, it tends to listen."
Thibodaux Estate is listening, and soon it will reveal the secrets that have remained unburied within those ageless walls for generations.

Oh, the joy of getting lost in a book that keeps you utterly enthralled! Riano never disappoints, weaving a deliciously strange and mind-boggling tale that captivates until the very last word. Speaking of the last word—the final line had me nearly falling over with unexpected laughter. Very interesting story!
I love this audiobook! The voice actor is excellent but the author is amazing! I loved listening to this book and found it difficult to put down! The story concept is very interesting and I haven't come across a story line quite like it. It was very intriguing.

Great!
Ivan and Annalise bought an old house in New Orleans. They had Annalise’s dear friend Tarah to restore and furnish it. When Tarah removed a wall, she found a mirror behind it. Then things got hot after that secret was exposed. Edie did an excellent job narrating it and she was spot on!

Captivating!
What an amazing story! From the engaging plot with twists and turns, humor, and steamy scenes. I don’t want to give much away but, you will be captivated from beginning to end. Riano has become a favorite author of mine.

New Orleans history
The story around the house was very very enjoying and also very complicated at the same time. You will find it there are characters in this book that are just surprising you every so often out of the blue. of course there are things going on that you what associate with Louisiana particularly New Orleans and I enjoyed it but beware of the twist and turns that sometimes come out and grab you

I was not prepared.
I received this as a free code for an honest review. I read what the book was about on Facebook and not on audible. I did not realize this book was in the erotica category. I was wanting to listen to a scary/thriller book about a house. I wasn't ready for for the smut. The narrator did an amazing job. It was a very intriguing story. I just don't know how I feel about the main character and her obsession. For what it was, it was a decent book.

If you are looking for a creepy but amazingly crazy story…. This is for you! I went into this completely blind but wow! Was I happily surprised! Thank you to the author for allowing me to listen to this! I was not at all expecting to love this as much as I did! It was so creepy but the spice?! NSFW! IFYYK 😂. Dolls and Mirrors by Riano McFarland is an amazing spine tingling erotic thriller. Edie Lind did a fantastic job with the narration, he brings the story to a new level. The story is thrilling, interesting, erotic, creepy, entertaining, and horrifying. The story takes place in the outskirts of New Orleans where voodoo and other black magic is known to exist. A young couple buys their dream home or is it really, there is more going on in the house than everyone could have imagined. Can Ivan, Annalise and Tarah figure out what’s going on before it’s too late? Will they be able to leave Thibodaux or is it too late for them? What secret will be revealed in Thibadaux Estate? What secret is the estate holding? What supernatural force are in the estate? Listen to find out. HEHEHE you might want to listen in the daylight.
If you like Stephen King stories or stories like that you will love this book.
